PROJECT SCOPE
Leading a team of Electrical, Structural and Cost Estimating professionals, DGA commenced work in 2019 to develop a comprehensive lighting strategy for the illumination of the historic Walkway Over the Hudson pedestrian bridge (also a New York State Park) for the celebration of its ten-year anniversary.
Constructed in 1888 as a freight train bridge spanning the Hudson River, our scope includes an architectural lighting design strategy not only for the 6,700 ft. walkway but also for the structure itself as an effective means of instant identification from a distance at night.
