PROJECT SCOPE
From 2007 to completion in 2011 in collaboration with Richmond City planners, DGA developed a family of energy efficient, historically responsive, safety conscious streetscape lighting recommendations for sidewalks, roadways, and neighborhood porches all geared towards the creation of a new singular identity for the evolving neighborhood identity of The Fan. Sometimes the simplest ideas are best; our work includes an analysis of the effect of homeowners’ contributions to the neighborhood’s sense of welcome.
