PROJECT SCOPE

DGA completed work in 2010 on the conversion of this 38-story Art Deco 1928 office building to a new 409-unit luxury condominium complex. Working with architect Gruzen Samton, interior designer Armani Casa marketing expert Michael Shvo, DGA was charged with the task of developing a cohesive family of architectural lighting solutions responsive to the project’s unique character and cutting-edge interior design. Our scope of work included the lighting for typical residential units, amenity spaces (spa, health club and pool), main entry lobbies, concierge spaces, sales offices, exterior arcades and public terraces.
