Project Scope

In 2011, DGA began collaborating with MVVA on converting 110 acres of private property into a public park, which will become part of Tulsa’s “River Parks” system as a recreational / civic / cultural destination on the Arkansas River / Crow Creek / Zink Lake waterfront. Our architectural landscape lighting design scope areas include nature paths, paved paths, Peoria Avenue connection, sculpture walk, land bridge, children’s discovery bridge, adventure island, tunnels, wood poles, outdoor event area, playground, climbing structures, boat dock area, boardwalks, gardens, fields, lawns, and beach. In addition, our lighting designs accent Public Service Company buildings and tanks – prominent landmarks along the park’s riverfront. With construction completion anticipated by 2019, the budget is estimated at $150 million.
