Project Scope

In 2005, we completed work on a five-year, $10 million conversion of original row house/ hotel structures located within the seaport complex into a new family of permanent archival/thematic exhibits for the South Street Seaport Museum. The most striking intervention consists of the through-block three-story public lobby and atrium, but also includes new lighting for the exhibits, rotating exhibition halls, and gift shop.
