Project Scope

As one of the first major ARRA-funded GSA projects to be implemented, DGA completed work in 2009 on Bridging Documents in connection with the $100 million renovation and energy-efficiency upgrade of the Peter W. Rodino Federal Office Building in Newark, NJ. Our scope of work included the development of the project's central architectural lighting solutions for ground level public concourse areas, elevator lobbies, exterior arcades, 9 floors of offices, and rooftop crown. DGA's lighting transformation of the building into a stately, welcoming, LEED Silver government building contributes to the renewal of downtown Newark.
