Scope areas included lobbies, corridors, offices, Tower Hall, conference rooms, restrooms, and stairs throughout the complex. From schematic design through current construction administration, tasks included lighting design criteria development, day-lighting studies, and mock-ups addressing historic character, as well as security, maintenance, budget, and sustainability for legislators and the general public.
