Project Scope

DGA completed work in January 2006 on a new $72 million, 70,000 square foot Bronx Central Library facility planned to be the borough’s largest public library project and the first publicly funded LEED Silver buildings in NY State. Our scope of work included the development of LEED Silver compliant architectural lighting design solutions for the main reading rooms, stack areas, conference/meeting rooms, children’s story area, offices, work rooms, auditorium and grand stairs, along with the illumination of exterior terraces and entrance canopies.
